SHIPPING TIME
  • Our current processing time is 2-4 business days. Once shipped it takes approximately 2-10 business days to be delivered.
  • All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and/or Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. 
  • We offer free local pick up. Our store is located at 4993 Russell Parkway Suite 360, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

    We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.

     

    Returns

    WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

    • In original condition
    • An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
    • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
    • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense. Silly Frilly Frog has the sole discretion to charge a restocking fee.
    • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

    WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

    • Free gifts or promotional items
    • Clearance items
    • Holiday items
    • Customized items
    • Items sold "AS IS"

    ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

    • There are no charges for returns as long as invoice number is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
    • Items that are returned not following the instructions listed above will be charged a 15% restocking fee

    HOW DO I RETURN?

    • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

    HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and if it is approved or rejected.
    • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

    • Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
    • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items.

    WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES.

    If you'd like to order a different size, color or product, please return unwanted item and then place a new order online

    STOLEN ITEMS

    All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order gets stolen, Silly Frilly Frog is not responsible.

    ORIGINAL PAYMENT

    Silly Frilly Frog will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment or store credit towards Boutique items only. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

    REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

    • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
    • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

    HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 1-478-333-2574 or email us at sillyfrillyfrog@gmail.com within 2 hours after making your purchase. We are open Hours: T-F 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (EST), Sat 10:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST).  Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel you order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

    Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
